Fraser Stuart built the Outta Bass app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Fraser Stuart and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding the policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use the Service. If you choose to use the Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information as set out in this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
What We collect
The only information collected is what your Username when uploading presets to the Outta Bass Cloud Preset service. Your preset downloads are temporally stored as they are processed in batches at regular intervals. Once processed no records are kept of individual downloads.
Children
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case We discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, We immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

Whenever you use the Service, logs are collected and may contain personally identifiable information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilising the Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

The website uses Google analytics. The data sent to Google is anonymised as much as possible. You can easily stop analytics collection on all websites by installing ad-blocker. I recommend it.

We use the information you provide in preset submissions to enhance our service by offering a large library of sounds. Logs files, if you choose to send them, are shared developers of this service for the sole purpose of identifying issues and finding resolutions.
The information you submit in support requests are used to help you and improve Outta Bass.

While using the app, all information is stored on Apple servers, either CloudKit servers (presets & submissions) or appStoreConnect servers (log information)
While using the website, weblogs are stored locally and analytics data is stored on Google servers.
How long we keep your info
App information is retained indefinitely.
Web logs are retained for 12 months.
Google Analytics data is retained for 26 months.
